Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Waitlist signups: name, business name, email, phone, trade, and city.
• Member applications: name, business and legal-entity name, email, Wisconsin license number, EIN, and Certificate of Insurance details and file.
• Content you submit: reviews, ratings, flags, notes, and supporting job documents (invoices, contracts, permits).
• Support & feedback: messages you send us, including in-app feedback reports.

We also collect limited technical information automatically:

• Usage and analytics data via Google Analytics (e.g., pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type).
• IP address and user-agent, recorded with legal acknowledgments for audit purposes.

• To operate the Platform — verify contractor credentials, process applications, and enable lookups and reviews.
• To verify supporting documents using automated tooling (see Section 4).
• To communicate with you — confirmations, login links, account and billing notices, and waitlist updates.
• To maintain a legal audit trail of agreements and acknowledgments.
• To improve the Platform and understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Platform, under their respective terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and document storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans (we do not store full card numbers).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI document verification and summaries. Contractor identities are stripped before generating aggregate property summaries.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics.
• GoHighLevel — CRM for member communications.

Reviews you submit are visible to other verified members of the Platform, attributed to you as the author. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Supporting documents you upload are sent to our AI provider to confirm they genuinely support the associated review. AI-generated property summaries are built from aggregate review patterns with individual contractor identities removed. We do not use your data to train third-party public models.

We retain account and review data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations. Lookup history is periodically purged. You may request deletion of your account (see Section 7). Note that reviews you authored are user-generated content and may remain on the Platform after account closure, subject to the member agreement.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and private document storage with time-limited signed links. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access or correction: request a copy or correction of your information.
• Deletion: request account deletion by emailing us.
• Email: transactional emails are part of the service; you can leave the waitlist or close your account to stop them.
• Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out tools.

The Platform is for licensed contractors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
