PreBid Intel WI is a private, invite-only professional intelligence network for licensed Wisconsin contractors. It is not a consumer reporting agency (“CRA”) as defined by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., “FCRA”), and the information on this platform is not a “consumer report.”

The reviews, flags, ratings, and notes on PreBid Intel WI document contractors’ first-hand professional experiences with the property owners they have worked with. They are contractor-to-contractor business observations — not background checks, credit reports, or screening reports about any individual.

You may notuse PreBid Intel WI, or any information obtained from it, in whole or in part as a factor in establishing a consumer’s eligibility for any of the following FCRA-regulated purposes:

• Credit or loans
• Insurance underwriting
• Employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention
• Housing or tenant screening
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA or analogous state law

The platform is intended solely to help a licensed contractor decide whether, and on what terms, to bid on or accept a particular job — an ordinary business decision that is the contractor’s lawful right to make.

Each review is submitted by an individual member who is responsible for its accuracy and fairness. Steadfast Social Media LLC does not independently guarantee that any review is complete, current, or error-free. While every review must be tied to a supporting job document and passes an automated verification check, members should treat the platform as one input among many — not the sole basis for any decision.
